By creating an account or using Polo Breeders you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Polo Breeders is an app for managing polo horse breeding operations: horse profiles, pedigrees, health tracking, breeding services, embryos, photos and shared access. It is available on iOS, Android and the web.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Your data

The data you record about your breeding operation (horses, pedigrees, health, photos) is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Subscription and free trial

The service offers a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires a subscription purchased and renewed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, under their payment and cancellation terms. You can cancel renewal at any time from your store settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another operation's data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Health records and reminders are a management tool and do not replace the advice of a veterinarian.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
